3. Strict Restrictive Disclosure & No-Sharing Policy

We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. Your data is strictly kept within our business systems except under the following two explicit conditions:

  • Vehicle History Reporting (CARFAX): As a standard industry practice to protect and preserve your vehicle's resale value, we share basic service history records with CARFAX (see Section 5 for details and opt-out terms).

4. SMS Text Messaging & Mobile Data Privacy (10DLC Compliant)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt-in to receive automated text messages from us (such as digital vehicle inspections, repair estimates, and status updates through our shop management system), your consent and mobile data are completely confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties or affiliates for any reason.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us.

5. CARFAX Reporting & Mandatory Pre-Service Written Opt-Out Policy

We routinely submit vehicle service history data (including the VIN, mileage, date, and description of services performed) to CARFAX to help maintain an accurate, official history log for your vehicle. No personal consumer data (such as your name, phone number, or address) is ever transmitted to CARFAX.

Every customer has the absolute right to opt out of CARFAX reporting. However, to execute an opt-out, the following strict guidelines apply:

  • The opt-out request must be submitted in writing.

  • The written request must be provided and signed before we perform any diagnostics or repair services on the vehicle.

  • Retroactive opt-out requests for services already completed or in-progress cannot be accommodated.

6. Data Security

We implement comprehensive administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to secure your personal information against accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to customer information is strictly restricted to authorized employees who require the data to perform their job responsibilities.
