AVM Automotive Service & Parts Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise specified on your invoice, AVM Automotive warrants that the labor performed and new parts installed on your vehicle will be free from defects in workmanship and materials supplied by the manufacturer for a period of two (2) years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, beginning from the date of service. What This Warranty Covers: This warranty specifically covers: Defects in the parts supplied by the manufacturer. Defects in the workmanship of the repair or installation performed by AVM Automotive. Premature failure of a covered part due to a manufacturing defect or improper installation by AVM Automotive. What This Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does NOT cover: Damage or failure resulting from neglect, abuse, or improper maintenance of the vehicle. Damage or failure caused by accidents, vandalism, theft, environmental conditions (such as flood, hail, chemicals), or other external sources. Failure of other components or parts not listed on the original repair invoice, even if they are related to the repaired system, unless their failure is a direct result of improper repairs performed by AVM Automotive. Any aftermarket parts, performance tunes, or parts supplied by the customer. Any services or parts not performed or installed by AVM Automotive. Any vehicle used in competitive racing of any kind, off-road operation, or vehicles proven to be used in illegal street racing or similar prohibited activities. This warranty is not a guarantee of vehicle performance or a return/refund policy. Warranty Claim Procedure: Should a defect covered by this warranty occur, you must return the vehicle to AVM Automotive for diagnosis and repair. All warranty work must be performed exclusively at AVM Automotive. Resolution of Warranty Claims: Any resolution under this warranty, including repair, replacement, or refund (if any), is at the sole discretion of AVM Automotive. Important: This warranty is extended only to the original customer listed on the invoice and is not transferable.
Storage & Late Fee's
***Disclaimer is listed as it is on all Repair Orders*** I authorize the described repair work, necessary materials, and vehicle operation for testing and inspection. UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS: I understand and acknowledge that during the course of diagnostics, teardown, or repair, pre-existing conditions or unforeseen complications (such as brittle or seized components) may become apparent. I agree that this shop is not responsible for the repair costs associated with such pre-existing conditions. We will contact you for authorization if additional work is required or if the final invoice will exceed the estimate by more than 20%. PAYMENT & PICKUP: Full payment is due upon completion. The vehicle must be picked up within 48 hours of notification, including weekends, as we provide after-hours payment and retrieval options. A $35 daily storage fee will be applied after this 48-hour period. Invoices unpaid after 3 business days will incur a $10 late fee plus 6% APR interest. LIEN & FEES: An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on this vehicle to secure the amount of repairs. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.
Engine / Driveline Warranty
We offer a range of warranties on automotive repair services for engines, transmissions, differentials, and transfer cases. The warranty for these items varies per circumstance and may be extended with the purchase of additional coverage. Standard warranties on used driveline components include 90 days or 7500 miles, whichever comes first. Longer warranties can be purchased at the time of service and are subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers. Please inquire at the time of service for more information.
Brake Package Warranty
Brake packages will come with a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. Warranty covers manufacture defects, workmanship, or premature part failure, It will not cover neglect, abuse, or damage from other sources, and does not cover failure of any related components or parts for listed & completed repairs unless that failure occurs as a result of improper repairs. The warranty will cover replacement parts and labor for normal wear & tear on brakes & rotors. This warranty does not cover performance brake pads & rotors or related performance brake components. This warranty does not cover aftermarket parts, tunes, or customer supplied parts. Any vehicle used in an off-road or racing environment of any sort will not have any warranty coverage, this will include vehicles proven to be used in illegal racing or similar activities
Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds are at the sole discretion of AVM Automotive & AVM Performance. 034 Motorsport offers a 30-day refund on any tunes purchased. The refund must take place within the 30-day period of the initial flash, to initiate the return process you MUST contact us and schedule a day for us to return your vehicle to stock within the 30-day period. We can not refund card processing fees, or labor / service fees or charges to flash the vehicle. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restock fee along with a $50 labor charge to flash the vehicle back to stock and initiate the return. Please understand that refunds cost us money and that we cannot return card processing fees as the card processor will not allow it. We are not responsible for the refund after 30 days, and by flashing any vehicle with any tune you release AVM Automotive, AVM Performance LLC, and its employees from any liability towards your vehicle. These tunes are offered by 034 and we have no control over the tunes, flashing software or refund policy offered by 034.
